O senhor do 1 comentario diz que nao usa luz, Da para usar luz,uma sala iluminada,com o corpo a tapar a luz do ecran,,se for bem iluminada isso chega,e usar lampadas das antigas,as novas de alogenio ou led dao um ambiente escuro e frio,as antigas sao mais fortes e iluminam bem, e usar pelicula aderente a volta do ecran pra ficar esticado e ver se bem o ecran. eu quando me divertia no (o.m.i.g.l.e) era. assim que eu fazia pra nao sujar o pc e de maneira a poder ver o ecra mas nesse caso pode se usar micas daquelas mais duras espero ter ajudado e boms videos
